Fall Parties at New Song

Eliza and Cruz had their fall party day at New Song. Cruz’s class went with the western theme. Eliza’s class went with the animal theme. My class did the Creation Theme (dress as any day from creation)

Eliza was recognized at Coyotes Homecoming (so was Callan but he ran too fast for photos). The dads were able to give their little girls a flower. She was so proud!

PCB Baby!

My sweetie could see that the stress of starting a new job, having a busy family, and not getting a vacation were getting to me. So, he wisked me away for a long weekend over Fall Break. It was AMAZING!

Finding my inner peace…

When I signed up to teach Kinder at New Song this school year, I really did not think through how I was going to get to school each Tuesday and Thursday. Last year when the kids were in school they did not have to be there until 8:25 and we missed most of the morning traffic. This year we are smack dab in the middle of it. It is one of my greatest sources of stress. I have learned to oil up with my happy oils and call my mommy (Brent is hard at work by the time I leave)! That and having friends headed there at the same time who text and make suggestions makes a stressful situation much more enjoyable!

Baseball season

This seems to be a normal shot during baseball season! They play until they crash!

Showtime

I truly love watching this kid play baseball. It makes me so happy. He did not get to play much this fall with the switching around of his teams (they went to a paid professional coach) and they lost a few kids in the turnover.

He is getting so good at pitching. For so long, he was not considered a pitcher. Now, he seems to be the go to pitcher when things are getting tight and they need someone who can make it happen. Someone who can set nerves and emotion aside. I am so proud of him!

Fall Ball- Silas gets to pitch

Silas started Fall Ball and he had to move up to Kid Pitch. He is so excited and I cannot wait to watch him grow (that is when I can look!!!)
