NSCA Middle School Awards

Baylor received an Academic Award for the entire school year at New Song this year. I was really impressed with his work. He made quite a few (girl) friends being the Study Hall Math Tutor. He worked up into the 7th grade math, and was a good “go to help” for the students who did not get it.

Another school year in the books and we made it!!!!

NSCA Elementary Field Day

 

We had a great time at Granny White Park for Field Day. The kids had a blast, and I missed photos of Baylor mostly because it involved buckets of water and soaked people everywhere!

I know I don’t have much time left with this precious baby and his love for his monkey and “nother one” monkey!

Quilt

Nommie is working her way through making a quilt for each of the kids. This is Silas with his, he loves it!

Mother’s Day Tea

The Pre-K, Kinder, and First Grade Classes hosted a Mother’s Day Tea at New Song this year. It was so sweet and brought me to tears. I had to speak to a reason that I loved my child and I was so choked up, I almost could not do it. It is a joy, honor and privilege to get to be her mom! We enjoyed some cupcakes, tea, and a sweet song written by the Creator’s Writing teacher.

Strawberry Pickin’

We made a homeschool pit stop at the Strawberry Patch. The kids LOVED it once they figured out how to search out the GOOD ones! They are so easy to please that this was one of the “best day ever kind of days”!!!
