State All Star Tourney

I don’t remember a lot of details of the many baseball tourneys we played in this summer. I believe we came in 2nd for the State Tourney (it may have been 3rd). Either way, they got an invite to regionals in Virginia.

Summer can wear a boy out!

This photo was in a hotel away playing baseball for the weekend. This one is just crashed at home… in sister’s room. I love that the monkey’s are always there!

State Championship- Manchester, TN

Sadly, it is a year later that I am finally sitting down to blog about this, so I don’t remember much about this exciting weekend. What I do remember is that it rained A LOT! We got to spend a lot of time with our baseball family, and we played some “all in” baseball. The boys ended up defeating a nemesis (Lawrenceburg) to play Giles Co. in the finals and put on a good show.

 

Silas marked his place as the kid who could lay the bunt down when needed (almost every single at bat)

I could not be prouder of my son and this team.

4th of July

I am sure I will come back and tag some pictures from Sonja’s house. But for now, this is all I have. Token photos of my beautiful girl in her new dress Gran gets her every year.
