Off to Haiti

This time when we headed to Haiti, we took a dentist with us. Dr. Briggs hit the ground running and saw every single person that she could!

Elizabeth getting her teeth checked. ALL of the kids at Mission of Grace looked fabulous. Only a few were fearful of the exam and brushing. They do a good job with the kids.

Since everybody can’t check teeth, the rest of us spent time loving on the babies! Wes in full on rocker action, and little Timothy is all smiles.

Dr. Briggs and her assistants (nurse Sonja, and scrub tech Samantha) went on to the clinic at Mission of Grace. I stood in as the receptionist and book keeper for a while.

New Song Valentine Party

It is hard being a teacher at your kids school. You miss the ability of hanging in your own kids rooms for their parties. I got some sneak peaks in of their fun!

I don’t even know why we took this photo. Maybe he got a new haircut. Maybe because his cowlick is HUGE! I cannot remember, but he cracks me up! Full of life!

Selfie life

Becoming a teenager has not been the easiest of tasks for Baylor. Some days are hard. I think they are more hard on me than they are him, but we are surviving. I will take the rare moments where he will laugh with me and think I am “cool”. Well, maybe… I think he thinks I am a big goober and he is just appeasing me so I will leave him alone. What can I say, he is hanging out in my bed playing so it’s fair game!

Girl time

Eliza and I had a bit of girl time, so what did we do? We used the knitting loom Nommie got Eliza for Christmas to make a hat and then we went to get our nails done! Can’t beat it!!!

Duck hunting

Brent has gotten in on a blind in West Tennessee and gets to take the boys more often (good thing our good friends the Morgan’s are in on it too). I get a rare glimpse into their fun. I personally think it involves more eating snacks and drinking cokes than it does shooting birds, but who cares… they are never going to forget it!

He is going to kill me someday!

Sometimes… I think literally, he is going to kill me. Cruz with his sliding shorts on because it is February and he cannot take another weekend without baseball (and my Uggs… because, well they were there) !!
