Dance Recital

Eliza's Creative Movement Dance Classes performed a Circus Act. Each of the classes performed a different act. There were clowns, elephants, poodles, acrobats, and lions. Eliza's class performed the Lion Act. It was sweet to see her on stage. She loved every minute of it and spent the whole performance looking for her adoring fans.

This was her solo performance... every girl got to jump through the hoop and ROAR!

I let Eliza and Cruz paint with the Do-A-Dot painters... Cruz needed a little more guidance. I walked away for one minute and I come back to a blue man.

Baylor 2011 Baseball

Baylor is playing for Nitro again this season. We have a very talented team and they have done well so far. We have traveled a lot this year and played a lot of older (11U) and tougher teams in hopes to get to be even better. They have won some great games and totally acted like they have never played together before in other games. I am proud of Baylor and all the time and effort he has put in to being an even better player. His hard work is paying off.

I have been instructed not to be a "mom-a-razzi" this season so I try not to get my camera out much. The few times I have gotten it out I was shrugged off. So this is the best I get for now.

PJ Party

There is nothing like getting to go to church in your PJ's, sit on the stage, and sing praise songs! My kiddos love it and I love what is poured into their hearts and mouths while learning to Praise Jesus!!

(I cannot wait for the stressful grin to go away!)

Cirque de Second Grade

This year's 2nd grade program was cute. They performed songs pertaining to the circus. Callan always surprises us because he is so keyed up about some things and so relaxed about others.

Here he is performing "Now I'm A Believer" in a trio. You could hear him too! He told us he was singing a "solo" but it was no sweat off of his back. He wanted it to be a surprise for us.

And being front and center with his "Asian style" dance moves (aka ribbon waving) was another unexpected highlight.

Easter Goodies!

The Easter Bunny always shows us a visit and leaves a few fun surprises.
