Eliza received her Certificate of Citizenship in the mail today. She is offically a US Citizen on paper. It came with a letter from George W. welcoming her. Only one problem... we have to do an official name change/ re-adoption and then apply for a new COC in her new name ( of course all of which comes with a cost) we have to get her a US Passport and Social Security Number... boy the paperchasing never ends does it???

Congratulations!! I have a long way to go but hope I get the letter before President Bush is out of office.

Yeah Eliza! We celebrated Josie's first birthday Sunday, she is officially one on Thursday. Can't believe how fast the time flies. We've been to court and done the name change thing and have applied for the passport. The social will be last! We've got to get the "girls" together, they'd be so cute!!! Margie
